Description: 1998 Christmas Window Art Project. Christmas Characters [Commercial Art]. An outstanding example of window art technique. The medium is 3 part Opus Chromotemp paint to 1 part liquid hand soap. The best approach is to use one-time clean strokes with wet on wet blending. Overworking the medium leads to a dull and blotchy effect.
