Description: 2001 Spirit of Youth Mural Project. Road Safety [Responsible Driving]. Spirit of Youth's first out of province mural is the third in a series of RoadSense murals aimed at promoting safe driving practices. This work features a suburban setting with a cross-section of community members: a father and daughter, young couple, cyclist, girl and her dog, and man in a wheelchair. The semi-transparent vehicle foreshadows the presence of danger that always exists when drivers and pedestrians share the road.
